How do I create an account?
Open the PassCitoyen app, tap Sign Up, enter your email address and choose a password. A confirmation email will be sent to verify your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or stop your subscription directly from the store linked to your phone:
- iOS: Settings β Your Name β Subscriptions β PassCitoyen β Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store β Subscriptions β PassCitoyen β Cancel
How do I delete my account and personal data?
Send an email to support@passcitoyen.fr with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
The app is not working correctly. What should I do?
Here are the quickest checks to try first:
- Force close and restart the app
- Check your internet connection
- Update the app to the latest version
- Restart your device
